The second annual Ottawa Reggae Festival happens August 21-23, at Lebreton Flats Festival Park in the heart of downtown Ottawa. This year’s festival will feature live performances by a number of dancehall / reggae artistes including Baby Cham, Shaggy, Tanya Stephens, Pressure, Reese Badda, Danielle Aka D.I. and others.
